Château d'Arche is located in the French commune of Sauternes in the west of France. The winery belongs to the Sauternes appellation and is located in the Bordeaux wine-growing region.

With the first wine from Chateau d' Arche - also known as "Grand Vin" - the winery was included in the Bordeaux classification in 1855. Since then, this dessert wine has belonged to the Deuxième Grand Cru Classé.
